These terms explain how you may use Cities of Europe and where the site's responsibility ends.
Using the site

These terms do not grant rights that belong to Eurostat, the European Commission, the European Environment Agency, Copernicus, or another source. Where Cities of Europe adds original text, design, or code, normal copyright law applies unless a separate licence says otherwise.
Names and branding
Do not republish the site as your own or use the Cities of Europe name, logo, or visual identity in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or official status. You may identify and link to Cities of Europe when citing a page.
No warranty
The site and its data are provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Official datasets can contain errors, revisions, estimates, and gaps. The processing code can also contain defects.
Cross-check any figure with the named source before using it for health, safety, legal, financial, emergency, policy, or other high-stakes decisions. Report suspected defects through the corrections page.
